"Music is temporarily unavailable" on both PC/Chrome and all Android devices I've tried (mobile, tablet) on WLAN and 4G. Rebooted Chromecast devices + tablet to no effect. Google Wifi reports 0 traffic. Worked fine for 8+ hours before it chose to stop.
