@GooglePlayMusic don't have access to the email account associated with my Google play account any more and can't use Google play without sign in, am I able to transfer my account to a different email address? I don't want to pay for a service I can't use

The only thing I can do is remove the Google account on my laptop, how do I stop paying for a service I can't access? I don't have access to the email account because it's a university account
