@GooglePlayMusic Why does my music keep pausing. Even when phone is down. I have hi spec galaxy s8 phone and I'm not listening to a stream, it's a download. What's could the issue be. Makes me want to smash something.
Hi Pauly, have you tried clearing the app's cache: Settings > Apps > Google Play Music > Storage > Clear cache > Restart device? Let us know if it helps!
