Usually @Google provides excellent customer service. However, 16 days into my @GooglePlayMusic issue and I was just told it would "be some time" before there's a resolution. I just want my track titles to show correctly!
Hi Zak, you can try to refresh the music library from: ☰ > Settings > Refresh. If it doesn't help, contact one of the Google Play Music specialists here: https://goo.gl/56Mx1y . Hope this gets resolved!

I've done this several times as well as other troubleshooting techniques from the help team I've been talking to. Now I've been told I just have to wait for a reply for a solution. Almost a week ago (for the second time).
