@GooglePlay I’ve talked to help desk three times, but I continue to have issues with my music stopping playing on my iPhone any time I navigate to another app 
It’s been over a month. Please fix it!

Yup! I've reinstalled the app as well as done the "refresh" and turn my phone off for 10 minutes.
That's odd! Could you file a feedback report about the issue here: Play Music app > Menu > Send feedback? We'll look into it.

Sure, thanks for the swift response! I just created one. How long does it usually take? I was hoping to resolve it before the end of the week so I can cancel my subscription if it can't be resolved.
