@GooglePlay my play music app won’t play music. I pay $15/month and since new iOS it’s been useless. Pls help

Hmm! You can try try swiping away the app from the Recents/ Multitasking screen. Restarting your phone should help too. Keep us posted.

I’ve tried these, not working... problem is every time I have music playing in background and then open app, music stops. this morning new problem, song was playing but no sound. I’ve spent a lot of time downloading offline music, really don’t want to start again

Got it! Let's try to clear the app cache: ☰ Menu > Settings > Clear cache. Does that help?
