@GooglePlayMusic when exiting the app the music continues playing but with a noticeable drop in quality. Seems odd. I’m using an iPad and connected to wifi and music quality is set to high in the settings. What’s wrong?
Hi there, let's try clearing app's cache: Google Play Music app > Menu > Settings > Clear cache > Restart Device. Keep us posted!
