Alright When i play a song, And i skip the song to a part which is already streamed, The song replays from the start, But when a skip it to a part which is not stream then it is fine. Here, if you didnt understand, i recorded it:pic.twitter.com/bJdxCCGLWq

Got it. Just to confirm, have you cleared app's cache: Settings > Apps > Play Music > Storage > Clear Cache > Restart Device? Let us know if this helps!
