All I want is to upload this Destiny 2 OST to Google Music. Why does this have to be so hard and error prone? :|

Through the Music Manager all it says is "Error uploading file". Through the site, the "Add A Folder" button doesn't do anything.
Thanks for the info! Let's try these steps: Play Music app Menu > Settings > Refresh. This clears cache and helps to fix the issue.

Well, that added an extra step. Adding a custom folder still broken, but the default Windows music folder is added at least and it's trying.
