Can someone help me out with this whole Google Play Music shutting down thing?

So I'll be able to carry over all my uploaded MP3s and anything I've purchased... But what about buying music?
You won't be able to purchase music directly from the YouTube Music app. But, you can buy songs from other sites and upload them to YT Music. That way, you'll have your entire music library in one place. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Google Play Music (including Music Play Store) will be going away later this year and we’ll give you plenty of notice before it happens! In the meantime, you will not lose access and can continue to use Google Play Music to listen to and discover music!
