Can't even access @googleplaymusic music anymore without it auto-redirecting me to the YouTubeMusic page every time, which doesn't have any of my library on it, or able to transfer. Still paying monthly for it but can't use it, what am i missing? @youtubemusic?! #frustration

Sorry to hear about this – if you're using the web app, try clearing the browser's cache & cookies. If it's the mobile app, try restarting it and make sure you're using the latest version. Keep us posted.

HELP! I can't open Google Play Music anymore. It just sends me to a subscription page for YouTube Music, but I don't want a subscription. I just want to listen to the albums on GPM that I already paid for..!

Sorry to hear that – are you using the web app? If so, try clearing the browser's cache & cookies. If it's the mobile app, try quitting and restarting it. Make sure you're using the latest version as well. Let us know how it goes.
