Thanks for the tag – yes , it is part of your Google Play Music membership. Subscribers in eligible countries also get access to YouTube Music Premium for no extra cost. Just make sure you're signed into the same account on YTM & GPM.

Currently, nothing is changing for existing Google Play Music family subscribers. If you have access to YouTube Premium benefits through a GPM family subscription, you can still enjoy the same benefits at the same price you pay today.
