Hey @GooglePlayMusic - Google Play Music Manager for Windows suddenly shows all tracks in my local PC music folder as new even though they've all been uploaded already! That means I won't be able to add new tracks without a massive reupload. Help?

Thanks. The live support team chat isn't working at all. I haven't messed with my install at all, and it's set to manually add songs anyway by default cos that's my preference. I've run the troubleshooter and it times out with no reports of problems.
