@GooglePlayMusic is there a reason Drake's "Scorpion" album explicit version isn't on Google Music but the Clean version is?

It does not clarify. The clean version of the album is for stream and sell on the Google Store but the Explicit isn't. Can y'all follow up with someone? I don't see a reason for the clean to be available and the Explicit not.
