All my purchases/downloads disappeared from downloads in @GooglePlayMusic and the support advice was just download them all again. Just say something's broken and you don't know why and you'll get someone to fix it. Don't pretend it's normal.
Sorry to hear about this – have you already tried refreshing your Library? If you haven't yet, just click on the Menu icon > Settings > Refresh. Clearing the app's cache also usually does the trick. Let us know if that works.

Yes I've tried that and clearing data and reuploading from the desktop app. Nothing works. It happened after the last update. It must be a bug.
