@GooglePlayMusic im using your services and i download music from youtube, and convert but i'm feeling like 25% of my music just deletes itself i have stuff in my playlists but in my library it just seems to leave or be deleted what's going on?
Hmm, that's odd – have you tried refreshing your music library? If you haven't yet, tap Menu > Settings > Refresh. Also, make sure that you're running the latest version of the app. Let us know how it goes.

how do we find the latest version? I also have google play music Free. does that make a difference?

You can update it by going to the Play Store app > search for Google Play Music. If you see an option where it says 'Update', just tap on it. If it says 'Installed', that means your app is already updated. Let us know if you have other questions.
