God I hate @googleplaymusic, I just wanted to listen to #sleepingin and it has decided it won't let me despite preordering the album

Is Wake Up Sunshine by All Time Low able to download the two songs already out?? Because I preordered it and those two songs are not in my library :(

Is there any chance I can do something other than a phone call? I'm a bit hard of hearing and find phone calls difficult when I can't lip read as a back up!
