@GooglePlayMusic when Play Music shuts down and integrates with @youtubemusic, will I be able to recover/transfer the albums I have bought from one service to the other?

Will I be able to buy albums/songs on @youtubemusic or it's going to stay as a streaming service? I love how I can buy albums and songs on Play Music using my phone credit...
