Hey @Google, if you could please make a decision about if you are pushing @GooglePlayMusic or @youtubemusic that would be great. I'm tired of being fed both.
While the plan is to eventually replace Google Play Music with YouTube Music, we don't have an exact timeline to share yet. We're still working on ways to migrate your music collection, etc. before we officially say goodbye to Play Music. Really appreciate your patience here.

Thank you for the response. Been a Play Music user for years, and am currently trying YouTube Music (I realize it's inevitable). I tried identifying a new song with my phone, but it only redirects to Play Music, with no option to open in YouTube Music. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are some features that are not available in YouTube Music, and we're looking at adding them in the feature. You can also share your feedback and let the team know your suggestions to improve the app. Just the tap your profile photo > Send feedback.
