#AndroidHelp Hey, I've a weird issue - there's no sound in Google Play Music app at all after installing Android 10 on my devices. YouTube Music and all other apps are working just fine and the sound is present. Is it possible that this is a bug of GPM or is it OS-related issue?
Sorry to hear about the trouble – have you tried refreshing the app by going to the Menu > Settings > Refresh? Also, check if you have the latest version of Google Play Music installed. Restarting your device can also help. Let us know if that works!

Thanks for reaching me! I've already tried that and also I've contacted GPM support already (thanks for great chat btw), but unfortunately the only way is to revert back to my previous firmware which is not so comfortable option for me :(
