@GooglePlayMusic Unable to play songs stored into internal storage of the device from last 4 months.

I have also tried clearing the whole cache and i have also tried "disabling and enabling" the application. It didn't worked. I am on Android 10. This is the case with my old mobile too which was on Android 7.1.

Within 10 second they said they can't help. It's device manufacturers fault. I am on Android one which has Google interface and skin. This can't be manufacturers fault because i am the only one who's facing it. This is something regarding the Google music.
