In what scenario did @Google deem it acceptable to interrupt my #playmusic streaming at work because one of my kids asked our #homemini to play a song at home? I have a family plan, and have less than the maximum number of users.

Probably. My kids don't have smart devices with Google Home on them. The real question is why would you make the /default/ behaviour inherently interrupt the primary account holder?

They each have an email account. I just haven't gotten around to configuring Google Home to recognize every individual in the home (I'm not entirely sure I WANT to that TBH).
