Ok I paid for @GooglePlayMusic and it’s supposed to come with @YouTube with no commercials, but why is it still giving me commercials and not letting me play music when switching apps?!
That doesn't seem right – to confirm, are you signed in to the correct account? You can also check if your subscription is still active. Keep us posted.

Yup, signed into the correct account on YouTube and Google Play Music. Signed out and refreshed all apps and signed back in, and still not working.
