.@GooglePlayMusic why am I letting you put a listening device in my house if every time I ask for a specific song from my library, you make a station of some other artist, or deliberately don't play the song that I asked for (that's in my library!) How can you be so bad at this?
Are you trying to play a song using Google Assistant? If you are, then GPM will play a radio station that is relevant to the requested song for users w/o a subscription in free radio countries(U.S., Canada, and India). Let us know if you think it’s something else.

Yeah, I don't know what kind of legal nonsense resulted in that being the way it works. If I own a song and I ask for that song then it's kind of a middle finger to not play that song.
