I just learned that @GooglePlayMusic is being discontinued at some point in favour of YouTube Music.
Once it is truly shut down I'm probably not renewing the subscription. I detest YouTube Music in its current shape and audio quality and I don't see that changing soon

I've subscribed to GPM since it started. Will there be a simple, intuitive interface to YTM designed for people like us GPM refugees? If the user experience is not similar to current GPM, I'll be switching to Spotify. Disappointing. I already get YTM, it's terrible by comparison.

Will do! Note my criticism is because I have much love for GPM despite its quirks & lack of support from the big G over the years. I really appreciate the product team spending their time and energy keeping it going, it's a good little platform. YTM still isn't at feature parity.
