Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Music Manager? You can also use Google Play Music for Chrome: http://yt.be/help/RVDd . If none of these work, you may reach out to our support team here: http://yt.be/help/LeWW

The only temporary fix I have found is by constantly opening and closing the uploader until it force logs you in. Takes a good 10-15 tries and isn't a guaranteed result but does work occasionally.

Def a problem on google's side, since so many people have the same problem since yesterday, including me. Not sure what broke, but i hope google won't slack off and ignore this…
