Hey @GooglePlayMusic, do you really need to redownload my whole, several-gigabyte thumbs-up playlist? If you're going to use DRM, can't you at least just redownload only the keys?

About 3GB was downloaded the other day, and my playlist hadn't changed. This morning, it downloaded more, but my VPN wasn't on in order to see how much was downloaded.
