What's the deal with music apps cutting off the moment you look away from them? They just keep cutting off when I go into another app

Thanks for reaching out, if you're referring to the feature that allows you to enjoy music on your mobile device while using other apps – it's called background play. But, if you're referring to something else, let us know and we'll look into it.

That's strange, that shouldn't happen if you have an active subscription. Have you tried checking if the app's updated to its latest version? If it is, try restarting your phone and see if it'll do the trick. Keep us posted!
