@Google needs to release an updated version of music manager so I can upload to my google play music library without these problems

First it wasn't letting me upload no music to my account, now when I uninstalled and reinstalled it , it saying can't connect to the internet even though I got a strong Wi-Fi connection on my computer and it's connected just fine
