Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Music Manager? You can also use Google Play Music for Chrome: http://yt.be/help/RVDd . If none of these work, you may reach out to our support team here: http://yt.be/help/LeWW

Music Manager isn't connecting to Google Play for me either. The Chrome version of GPM doesn't open at all.
