@GooglePlayMusic I'm paying for the family plan but get bumped out of my music sometimes because my account is being used on another device. The whole point of paying extra for the family plan was so this didn't happen. I can't find any way to contact someone for support.
This is a case of device limitations and only happens if two devices are signed in to the same email while playing music. To maximize the family plan, make sure members are using their own email logins. More here: https://yt.be/help/Pcva
