@GooglePlayMusic Is Google Music experiencing problems in Europe/Germany right now? Music keeps pausing every other minute for several seconds to buffer.

I'm tried both the (unofficial) desktop player and the the web player (on PC), both suffering that problem. YouTube also seems to have some buffering problems. Maybe there's a peering issue somewhere?
