@GooglePlayMusic @youtubemusic Are you aware that there's a glitch where users not connected to a WiFi network have to go to Downloads to play music?

Hi. I understand that. The issue I'm having is that my offline music is inaccessible when I'm on a subway train where there's no data or Wi-Fi connection. When I don't have a data or Wi-Fi connection, I can only access my offline music from the Downloads folder.
Have you tried checking if the "Downloaded only" option is enabled? Just tap the ☰ icon > Downloaded only. Also, you can try refreshing your library and see if it'll do the trick. Let us know how it goes.

I refreshed my library and I'm still having the same issue. The last 4 offline albums in the screenshot aren't playing. Please note that my phone is in airplane mode.pic.twitter.com/igfFiCx8Tf
