Strange – if you're using the app, try clearing cache by clicking ☰ > Settings > Clear cache. Also, check if you're running the app's latest version. If you're using a computer, try clearing your browser's cache & cookies or use a different browser. Let us know how it goes!

Using the browser - Not the app. Tried both & no luck. How long before I can reliably move over to
@youtubemusic? I am getting a bit disheartened that it's taking so long to migrate. There's no consistency in the app I use the most every day, and it's been like that for > 1 year -
Sorry you're having trouble – YouTube Music is a separate app from Google Play Music so you can't sync them. No specified timelines yet as to when you can migrate to YTM, but we'll be posting announcements even before that happens. Really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
