We don't have a specified date yet, but you will be able to migrate your music, playlists, and preferences from Google Play Music to YouTube Music. You can always use YTM to build your collection while we're in the middle of transitioning from and integrating to GPM.

Uploaded music too?
Yes! Uploading music is part of the integration. So in a nutshell, most of the features in Google Play Music will be available in YouTube Music once the switch is complete.
