I just want @GooglePlay to continue to upload the new music I put DIRECTLY into my MUSIC folder on my Linux laptop.

To clarify, are you trying to upload songs to your music library & it's not letting you bc it's saved on your Linux laptop? If not, mind sharing more details w/ us and we'll take a look. Keep us posted!

I am the process of deleting my current library & reuploading it again. I have nearly 50,000 / 100.00 of the allowed songs to upload again.

Thanks for getting back – nothing has changed with Google Play Music yet, you can still upload songs and listen to them either on the app or your computer. Let us know if you have any questions so we can help out!
