@madebygoogle @GooglePlayMusic @GooglePlay why is there no more music section in the Google play store? Especially since you're trying to kill play music??
Eventually we plan to replace Google Play Music with YouTube Music but not before we support key GPM features, including uploading personal collections and the ability to import library content & music preferences from Google Play Music for a soft landing into YouTube Music.

Ok what about purchasing music?? Why can't I do that through the regular Google play app anymore?

You may want to check if you can purchase the song directly from the Google Play Music app or from the website. If it doesn't work, try using a different browser or phone to see if the option is still there. Keep us posted!

Hopefully improve Chromecast support as well. GPM is seamless but YTM seems to cut out a lot.
