@GooglePlayMusic why can I not play music on multiple devices simultaneously *when I'm on the family plan*? I get how that's not a thing with a personal licence, but a family plan pretty much implies that there can be multiple people who want to play music at the same time.

It's different accounts: one playing music from the desktop and another one from a mobile through a Sonos speaker. https://support.google.com/googleplaymusic/answer/3139562?hl=en … says that "you can only play music using one device at a time." so isn't this a Google Play Music restriction rather?
