@GooglePlayMusic hey, my offline music cache playlist keeps getting filled with music i haven't listened to, but none of the songs come up in my listened to history. how do i fix this issue?
Hmm... that's weird, Google Play Music shouldn't add offline music in your playlist automatically. Are you talking about YouTube Music's offline mixtape? If not, tell us more so we can point you in the right direction.

it's almost like having clicked the "recommended new releases" playlist, except it's not new content and it isn't registered in my listening history. i thought it was someone using my device from another account but there's no other device registered to me other than my own.

no, it's not youtube music! i don't have that on my device. when i'm in offline mode and use play music, my cache playlist (normally all things i've listened to while online) will sometimes have music that's /related/ to my music history in there but havent listened to online.
