@GooglePlayMusic The web app seems to have broken in Firefox sometime in the last 4 days... I get "cannot load playlist/settings/etc" errors.
Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser or Inprivate mode to see if that makes a difference? Let us know.

I had the same issue after the latest Firefox update and clearing cookies for Google domains worked.
