@GooglePlayMusic I cancelled my subscription in June, was told my last payment would be in July, but you took money from me on 11th August. I would like to arrange a refund and this not happening again. Thanks.

Okay, it is still saying to contact in business hours and phone lines are closed. You have charged me for a cancelled subscription and making it impossible for me to do anything about it. This is absolutely atrocious customer service
