@GooglePlayMusic So kids on the family plan cannot upload their own mp3s, and they can't see mp3s that their parents have uploaded when they share a playlist with them? Is that correct?

I think 30 mins on the phone with at least 10 of the last of that time being me listening to music is enough to say that this product isn't going to work for us. How do I get a refund of my 1-month subscription?
