@GooglePlayMusic Hi there, it seems that there is something wrong with your payment system and it's not allowing my family members access to the Play Music account. When I attempt to change payment method nothing happens on click.

Thanks, I managed to remove all cards and added the most recent one, and that seems to have resolved the issue.
