Sometimes when I try to shuffle an artists music, it plays some random Oliver Tree song then proceeds to play absolutely nothing by the artist I want to listen to

That's doesn't seem right. Make sure you're not in a playlist which consists other songs as well, along with your favorite artist's songs. Keep us posted.

I'm not in a playlist, and it only happens when I try to shuffle all songs by the artist and shuffling top songs still works just fine
