Seems like it's not possible to purchase music on @GooglePlayMusic anymore. Is this intentional?

When I attempt to purchase a song or album, every button is marked "Listen", and there is no option to Buy.

Screenshot attached, as an example. This album was released on May 24 (i.e. is not pre-release), and under Access Type is listed for streaming and download. This album is not unique -- all content looks this way to me.pic.twitter.com/Rz4HoaCVU5
