Note 9 On wifi Music playback at high quality hitches, even tho song is downloaded at high quality. Offline? I cannot access an artists album unless I go through my library and find a song from the album. (Yes its downloaded)

Issues started to occur with unlocked note 9 Android Pie update. I also have issues where the auto brightness will get stuck at 50% until I restart my phone. All after the Pie update.
