@GooglePlayMusic do you know why none of my music plays for more than a few seconds and then stops, I haven't been able to use the app in days

That's no good. Let's try refreshing your music library with these steps: Google Play Music > Menu > Settings > Refresh > Restart device. Let us know how that goes.
