@GooglePlayMusic. Only via Phone and wireless, will get random skips to next song. usually 1/2 way thru a current song it will go to the next, repeatable. Go back to the "skipped"song, move slider to 1/2 way and play, skips, ongoing for months

also my main way of listening to music is "Feeling Lucky?" and "Start Radio" I have nothing saved local to the phone. All Stream all the time.
