@GooglePlayMusic Is there a way to make shuffle work properly on my Pixel 3XL? When I hit shuffle for the thumbs up playlist of thousands of songs it seems to shuffle the same 50-100 songs. From my research it's been an issue for a while. Any way to make this feature work?
We'd like to help. Just to confirm, have you tried refreshing your music library from here: Google Play Music > Menu > Settings > Refresh > Restart? Also, let us know how are you accessing Play Music (browser/ iOS /Android). Keep us posted.
