Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Just to confirm, did you try refreshing your music library? Also, try signing out of your app and signing back in to see if that works. Keep us posted.

I can't seem to sign out of the app on my phone without having someone else's account to sign in to. Also not sure how to refresh my library.

You can try refreshing your app from here: Googe Play Music > Menu > Settings > Refresh > Restart. Also, please make sure that you're running the latest version of Play Music app. Keep us posted!
